How will I get surveys?

Surveys are available to everyone - you just need to answer a few simple questions about yourself to start receiving them. After you've signed up in Clivebucks, you'll find all the surveys on your Clibebucks dashboard where you'll be able to tell us a little bit about yourself. Answer all questions honestly, so we can provide you with surveys that are the right fit for you!

How often do I get surveys?

You will be able to see all the available surveys on your Clivebucks dashboard. New surveys are shown there as soon as they become available from survey providers. You will receive notifications when new surveys are available.

What type of surveys will I get?

You will get the surveys that best suit your profile, hence make sure to keep your profile updated. You will receive all types of surveys like entertainment surveys, consumer surveys, fashion surveys, Information Technology Decision Maker (ITDM) and B2B surveys.

Why do I need to fill out profiling surveys?

Profiling surveys help tailor your experience! By understanding your preferences and interests, we ensure that you receive surveys relevant to you, maximizing your chances of earning rewards.

Survey Routing: What Happens When Moving from One Survey to Another?

Surveys are automatically sent to you when your profile matches the survey requirements. In cases where a survey is full or you are screened out, the panel system seamlessly redirects you to alternative surveys that align with your profile, providing you with additional opportunities to participate.

Why am I not receiving any surveys?

Surveys are automatically dispatched when your profile aligns with specific survey criteria. To optimize your chances of receiving surveys, we strongly advise completing ALL profile questions and maintaining up-to-date profile information. Keeping your details current makes it simpler for the system to align your profile with surveys tailored to your personal data, shopping activity, and interests.

Are All Surveys Paid in Cash?

No, Surveys exclusively earn reward points, not direct cash. Once you accumulate enough points, you can redeem them for rewards such as gift cards or opt for PayPal cashout. It's a rewarding way to make your opinions count!

Why can I not complete surveys?

Unfortunately, some surveys may be deemed unsuccessful and denied by the survey providers due to the following reasons:

You do not meet the required criteria: - Survey providers have a certain set of criteria which needs to be fulfilled in order to gather your opinions. Hence, they can be picky about who they need answers from and unfortunately you might end up not meeting their eligibility criteria.

The required number of surveys has been reached: - All surveys have a quota, which means if the maximum number of surveys has been received during the time when you are taking a survey, you can be unsuccessful in the completion.

When you answer too quickly, inconsistently or illogically - The irregular behaviour of surrey takers is analysed by the survey providers as their priority is to gather high-quality responses. Hence, answering surveys carefully and thoroughly will reduce the chances of unsuccessful surveys.

What to do if I face issues with my surveys?

Please email our support team at support[@]clivebucks.com with the survey ID and as much detail of the issue as possible. If you don't know the survey ID, please send the date and time you took the survey, and the category/name of the survey if you know it. Also, sending any relevant screenshots can help the support team diagnose the problem quickly.

Why am I asked identical questions more than once?

At times, you might encounter repetitive questions for various reasons. This could be part of our quality control process to ensure the accuracy and consistency of your responses. Additionally, revisiting certain questions helps us refine our understanding of your preferences and opinions over time, enhancing the overall accuracy of the insights gathered from your feedback

Can I edit my Clivebucks account details?

Yes. In your “My Account” section, you'll find your Clivebucks Profile where you can make changes if you need to - we always suggest you keep your profile up to date to ensure you receive the right surveys for you. you'll also find your Login Details in your “My Account” section - if you'd like to change the email address or password you use to log in to your Clivebucks account, Go to About me and update .

*Remember, you are only permitted to have one Clivebucks account, so edit the email address on the account you want to use, rather than create a new account.

Why can't I log into my Clivebucks account?

If you are having trouble logging in, there are 3 things that could be going wrong.

  • Are you entering the wrong email address? Double check the welcome email we sent you - it confirms the email address you used.
  • Have you forgotten your password? No problem, you can reset your password.
  • Have you tried logging in with the wrong information too many times? If you have, you won't be able to log in for a while. We would suggest waiting 24 hours before trying to log in (with the right information) again.

What will you do with my information?

When you become a Clivebucks member, you agree to our information use and data protection policy as explained in our terms and conditions. In line with this agreement, Clivebucks does not share any data with third parties without your permission.

It's also a top priority to protect your data when you're taking surveys. So, if you're declined by a survey, neither the survey provider, nor Clivebucks will keep any information you gave in that survey.

Plus, if you make the decision to leave Clivebucks, we'll remove as much information as we can about your account, other than data we are required to hold under statute.

What rewards can I earn from Clivebucks?

At Clivebucks, you can choose the rewards that suit you best! Here are the current cashout methods that you can use to withdraw your earnings: -

Do I need anything to set up my PayPal account?

I don't have a Paypal account, what can I do?

Can I sign up and participate in surveys on CliveBucks?

Yes, of course! CliveBucks welcomes respondents to sign up and participate in surveys. Currently, our services are available for residents of India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, and Germany.

Can I extend an invitation to my friends to join Clivebucks?

Yes, absolutely! You can invite your friends to join Clivebucks community by simply choosing the refer a friend option on your dashboard and put a few more bucks into your account. You can share your invite link via email or your social accounts.

Your referral must sign up through your link, and the individuals you referred must successfully qualify for at least one survey. Once your referred friend(s) become approved members, both you and your referral will receive reward points in your CliveBucks accounts.
